The Thrive in '25 Toolkit is only available to the first 1,000 providers to sign up and have a verified TOOTRiS profile by January 6, 2025.

Enrollment Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Providers must complete the sign-up form to be eligible for the program.
  • Only standard full-time or part-time enrollments qualify. Drop-in care enrollments are not eligible.
  • Providers must update their TOOTRiS profile to be "enrollment ready" by January 6, 2025.

Program Timeline:

  • The pilot program runs from January 1 to March 31, 2025.
  • Continuation of the program beyond this period is at the sole discretion of TOOTRiS.

Cash Back Details:

  • Providers will receive 3% cash back on enrollments processed through TOOTRiS between January 1 and March 31, 2025. Payments will be issued by April 30, 2025.
  • Parents of enrolled children will receive 2% cash back during the same period provided the provider is a qualified participant. Payments will be issued by April 30, 2025.

Exclusions:

  • Cash back rewards are not eligible for any enrollments where the provider or parent receives government subsidies, T4Kids funding, or employers-sponsored subsidies.

Maximizing Cash Back Benefits:

  • Providers are encouraged to transfer all enrollments to TOOTRiS to maximize their cash back reward. TOOTRiS 100% free for Child Care providers.

  • The TOOTRiS Concierge Team is available to assist providers and parents in setting up their TOOTRiS accounts or resolving any questions related to the program.
